Sulapac initiates a round of financing
Sulapac starts a round of financing to secure its financial position and enable its future growth. The subscription period is from 19 December 2025 at 6 p.m. (Finnish time) to 9 January 2026.
The current shareholders will have a pre-emptive right to subscribe for the new shares issued in connection with the funding round in proportion to their existing shareholdings in the company.

Sulapac käynnistää rahoituskierroksen
Sulapac aloittaa rahoituskierroksen, jonka tarkoituksena on turvata yhtiön taloudellinen tilanne ja mahdollistaa tuleva kasvu. Merkintäaika alkaa 19.12.2025 klo 18 (Suomen aikaa) ja päättyy 9.1.2026.
Nykyisillä osakkeenomistajilla on etuoikeus rahoituskierroksella annettaviin osakkeisiin samassa suhteessa kuin heillä ennestään on yhtiön osakkeita.
