Sulapac was founded by two biochemists with a clear mission: to save the world from plastic waste. Sustainability has therefore never been an add-on for us – it is the foundation of our business and the driving force behind every product we develop.

Sulapac materials are designed to reduce CO₂ emissions and eliminate the accumulation of permanent microplastics and toxic chemicals in our environment. Furthermore, they are engineered to replace conventional plastic at scale, enabling a global shift away from fossil dependency toward a sustainable bioeconomy.

Design principles guiding our product development

Sulapac materials are made with 100% biodegradable raw materials. The biobased content is currently 70-100% with continuous actions to further maximize the percentage. All our materials are industrially compostable certified.
